1. What Can Be Returned

If something is not right, we want to make it right. Items can be sent back when they meet these conditions:

• The item is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with tags attached.
• The return is requested after you receive your order, using the steps below.
• Items that arrive damaged or incorrect can be returned or exchanged, and we will help you sort it out.

2. How to Start a Return

Returning an item takes three steps:

• Email us at the address below with your order details and whether you want a refund or an exchange.
• We will reply with return instructions and the address to send the item to.
• Pack the item securely and ship it back using a tracked service.

3. Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Tell us what you would like instead and we will swap it when the replacement is in stock. See our size guide to help choose the right fit.

4. Refunds and Shipping Costs

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the item to your original payment method.

• Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
